Non existed customer service

This review is for the absolute lack of customer service support. They brag about their whatsapp service but doesn't work because you wsit for days for any response that's if they response. &live chat isn't much better you can wait for more than an hour for a useless unhelpful copy and paste response then end the chat as if they actually did something useful..eskom and home affairs has better better customer service than Fastway couriers. Unfortunately Temu decided to use them .personally I will never recommend them to anyone
