Non efficient and they don't care

I'm totally shocked and frustrated, they kept rotating my parcel at their depot while my numbers where clearly written on the waybill. Then when I call them they said they delivered my parcel. To who cause its mine and I don't have it. I'm really emotional because it seems they don't even care, in this economic times every rent matters. So now I bought something with my hard earned cash just to be given a lousy run around.
