Non delivery or ********** behavior of staff from fast way courier.

Fastway couriers are extremely unhelpful the staff do not seem concerned about ********** activity. The courier did not deliver my package, updated there site to say it had been and when I called the staff I was given a excuse that the courier stated the so called "conceriege" accepted request. I do NOT live in a hotel I live in a housing complex that you have to dial the unti at the gate. There is no person to accept a delivery and he can clearly see no guardhouse. They promised to find the packed and deliver it to me today still 11/08/2021 or contact me with an update and nothing has happened. This has left me feeling as if this was ****** and this courier company do not care about about clients.
