Non Delivery of Orders and No response to customer quiries

I have a very bad experience with the Couriers. I have an order that was out for delivery on the 11/12/2025 and to date I still have not received my order. They have a WhatApp process for quiries and its useless because AI that keeps asking questions with no proper guidance nor support. When you call them you get directed from one person to the other. Their Tracking systems indicates that they delivery took place on the 07/01/2026 but I have not received my order. For such a big company to not have a line for quiries or complaints is Appalling. No customer experince whats so ever.
