Non-Delivery of Order Despite Payment and Customs Clearance

I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding my order placed with Temu at the end of September. As of today, I have not yet received my order, even though I have already paid for customs and received multiple notifications indicating that the parcel has arrived in South Africa.

When tracking the order through the link provided, it shows that the package arrived at Johannesburg Airport and is ready for delivery. Additionally, updates from Fastway Couriers indicated that the order was meant to be delivered on 14 October. However, it is now past that date, and I still have not received any delivery or further communication.

I have made every effort to track and follow up on this delivery but have not received any clear feedback or resolution. This delay is unacceptable and highly inconvenient.
