NON-DELIVERY OF GOODS

Hi<br> <br> I ordered goods from OneDayOnly Offers and am advised that these were delivered to me on teh 17th December 2014. I informed Fastway Courier, whom I'm advised were the delivery agents, that I have not received these goods and to this they advised that it is not their problem that I have not received them because someone called Portia signed for them. I need to record that my names are Lulama Shereon Swaartbooi and not Portia. I am shocked to hear that when a delivery that is cleary marked my name is delivered to someone else and now I should not bother the courier service.<br> <br> i spoke to a person called Didi on ***, who apparently handles deliveries in Glenvista and who was blatently rude and could not be bothered about my concern. He told me that goods do get ******.<br> <br> I forwarded this to Fastway via online queries and they sent me a response that Portia took delivery and nothing more was said on their response. The response came from a person called Janet.<br> <br> Please assist in ensuring that I get my goods or a refund of the amount.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Mrs Lulama Swaartbooi
