Non delivery from Fastway and Shimi

So Fastway did not deliver my parcel for 2 weeks now! When they deliver they only do whatsapp calling and if they can not reach you via whatsapp call they deny your delivery. Since when is whatsapp calling the only form to call a client? Shimi the driver who did not deliver not helpful when you call him he can not give answers but when he call you must not dare miss otherwise you wont get your parcel. Shame on Fastway and Shimi as my daugthers have been waiting on that parcel for 2 weeks now!
