Non delivery

Non delivery. So let me start with the numbers first, my parcel is to travel roughly 360km from pickup to delivery JHB - PLK , they collected the parcel on 19/05/2026. From 28/05/2026 it was out on delivery with message "expect today" and today is 10/06/2026 so that means the parcel is out on delivery for 14 days (two weeks) and in total with Fastway for 23 days (almost a month)

Every time I contacted them all i hear is "your parcel is with the driver out on delivery" or "we will escalate the matter"

Yet still no delivery..
