No Ways

Please do not use Fast Way Couriers. Their name should me No Way Couriers. From the collection to the tracking to the delivery person to trying to get hold of them telephonically...it is impossible. Every phone number you call, just rings and rings and rings and rings. The very occasional time it does get answered, you are either told they cannot help.....please phone ????? which is a fax number or again it rings and rings and rings. The parcel was collected by No Way Couriers (Fast Way) on the 04th July and directed to Cape Town for some unknown reason. No one will take responsibility for this one.<br> <br> When I eventually got hold of the delivery person after being on the phone for and hour and a half, I was told he cannot tell me when he can delivery, as he is only the delivery guy...hahahahahhahahaha. My client has sat the whole day waiting for a parcel. No Way Couriers (Fast Way) you are not the only busy people, some of us don't have the whole day to wait.
