No Way to FASTWAY

If I could, I would DEFINITELY use another courier service and not FastWay, but unfortunately Avon only uses FastWay as their courier service which is so disappointing.

3 Consecutive orders, all paid for express delivery, and they take longer than a week to deliver my order to me whereas I pay for 24h delivery.

I am still waiting...call their Pretoria offices, long ring and then the line goes dead.

Absolutely disgusted
