No Way Fastway!

This must be probably the worst courier in the country,I would Rate Fastway a solid 0 along side the postal service.

My package tracking has been showing that my parcel is in durban for 3 days. The next moment the courier is in richards bay delivering? they had my name spelled wrong , the package was opened as well? and then was not accepted by our reception. Then trying to get hold of this company is like trying to talk to someone on the moon!

Dont answer phones, dont respond to emails. The website is useless, does not work properly. So now my package is floating around as i cant get hold of anyone, my guess would be is to drive around and look for the fast way delivery truck?

Come on guys step it up!
