No way fast: delayed and inconvenienced!

I bought an item from One Day Only on the 14th Nov. 2025 and was expecting to receive it around the18th/19th, but instead received it on the 22nd. The parcel arrived at our local depot on the 17th, and the driver collected it the next day, kept it with him, and only delivered it on the 22nd. The parcel was delayed by Fastway Couriers, even after I made follow up at their Polokwane depot on 2x consecutive days, where I was promised that the driver will call me back with an update, but didn't. I was worried my parcel might get lost. My #BlackFriday shopping was inconvenienced
