No urgency or Clients service - stay away. Should change name to Slowway Couriers

My order received a Tracking number on 5th June (Friday) at 13:54, but item by then had not been scanned into the system. Not sure how a tracking number can be created without scanning the package. Then it waited until 9th for actual collection (17:10) So 4 days to scan and collect. Its now reached JHB from CPT on 11th June 6 days after Tracking number issued. Website says 2-4 days delivery for Main centers which CPT and JHB are both in that category.
