No support desk available - no agents available..no customer service

The system integration and updates are beyond pathetic. There support desk - cannot be reached after 8 hours - holding , the message is that they only have support desk availability in business hours - no they dont - i held for 8 hours today. So where to? to get any response form Fastway? Is it not law that they have to have a way to escalate ? _ consumer council? how do you get a response form these guys?
