NO SUPPORT CHANNEL AND NO TRACKING

no support channel, the supposed support channel is whatsapp. past two days no responses on this. Packages get lost. last week hours after i reached out, i got hold of somebody that just read what i could from their website. again...after paying customs, no response, no tracking...nothing.
