No Show to Collect!

We requested the driver for Kempton Park area to collect from us on Wednesday 2016/01/20 before 8am via text message, parcels was not collected that day. <br> <br> On Thursday 2016/01/21 06:39 AM, we send an e-mail to [Email Removed] requesting to please arrange for driver to collect. Again our parcels was not collected.<br> <br> We resend the e-mail again on Friday 2016/01/22 06:37 AM to [Email Removed] <br> Both emails was delivered successful.<br> <br> The drivers phone is unanswered.<br> <br> We phoned the Johannesburg Depo as well to speak to a manager, but was told that they would phone me back.
