NO SERVICE FROM FASTWAY COURIERS

I have a complaint about Fast Way Couriers, I am waiting for a parcel to be delivered , I asked that it is URGENT, the driver never attempts to deliver the parcel but says to the depot there is no one at home, I am at home the whole day my front door is wide open so I don't miss the courier. I contacted the Depot manger but to my despair also no service, I am still waiting for him to call me back and for my parcel.
