No Service Delivery

I have requested a collection from Monday, and nobody has pitched up. I requested again on Tuesday afternoon, and Wednesday no-one collected again. I contacted Johannesburg Depot. I spoke to a lady that said she would get someone to contact me, and nobody did. I tried to call the courier that usually collects my goods, no answer. So i SMSed him, and he ignored it. I called him this morning, and he promised me they would collect... its 12 already, and nothing. Tried to call him twice, no answer. I don't know what to do, my client is very upset, and they still haven't received their goods! SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING service!
