No service at Fastway PE

Their service used to be excellent in Port Elizabeth , but since May 2020 their service had come to a grinding halt. Nobody answers their 087 call centre. You cannot phone the Port Elizabeth depot. Even their competent drivers are leaving them. The parcel left Jhb on 01-12-2020. It reached the PE depot on 4 Dec. After a week on 11 Dec they still haven't delivered with no reason. They don't do what they had promised when they sent an email confirming that delivery would happen on 08 Dec.
