This company is so bad I can not believe they exist. Also a Temu courier that do not respond to delivery tracking or if you go to there live chat, it does not work. My parcel is lying for more than 3 days at the airport, already have custom clearance and no movement on my parcel. If you call there customer service they have no answers for you. To write a negative review does not even help. Sure the world can see that they are just useless.
