No service and no reply

The worst you can get, I ordered from Temu and a week later I ordered again. The first parcel in with Fastway, my second parcel was with a different courier company. My second parcel was deliver in ten days, even that it was sent a week later. There is no way you can get hold of Fastway on phone or whatsapp. They do not answer the number provided and the whatsapp group is a waste of time, no response. I phoned a number for the depot in my area and spoke to someone that seems like a driver. He was not helpfull at all. He did not even ask for a tracking number. He's reply was that there is nothing that he can do and that I must just wait. Tracking shows that the package sits with one depot and no movement for five days now. They do not even deserve one star. How can we stop the people from sending stuff we buy with such unprofessional people?
