No scanning of parcers in 48 hours

Receiving a parcel form Capetown to Rustenburg North-West. Parcel already sent the 1st of November 2017, it's now two days later and no scanning of the parcels has taken place as if the parcel is no where. Even the tracking service on their website does not pick up the tracking number. Content value of R16k Courier costs of R497 and a very unhappy, frustrated and confused client! Where is my parcels and when is it going to be delivered? I was supposed to receive it today the 3rd of November 2017. ???
