no response on queries, 5 days to deliver from a neighboring town

one of the online stores is using fastway. It takes one day to go from pick up in midrand (late the 3rd of April) to polokwane (before 6am early in the morning on the 4th) it is now 3 working days (5 days incl the weekend) and still no idea when it will be delivered from the neighbouring town. My wife has stopped to arrange her life to ensure that she will be here the whole days to receive it, as it didnt get delivered when she made sure she was here.

I tried to find out when will it be delivered, as i still have no idea. I had one indirect response from the branch manager asking someone to look in it, but no subsequent responses.

i have asked the supplier to look in it and advise if we must activate the insurance option, as i have no idea if it will be delivered, if it is MIA, or anything
