No response after 3 weeks

Could someone please assist with an email address or number that works. My international parcel arrived in SA last year and they have still not delivered. My local parcel arrived on the 11th of January and still no delivery. They do answer the phone. If you are lucky enough to get through they then hang up. They do not respond to emails or messages on the online platforms available. The tracking log for my international parcel shows that it was out for delivery twice then eventually back at the depot. My local parcel was out fir delivery truce then eventually it reads parcel under query at depot. I honestly don’t know what to do. I’ve never had an experience like this before with other courier companies that I used. Every single one has been amazing. This entire company seems like one big ****. Regardless of the end result I will be reporting them. Someone needs to **** them down.
