No reliable response

I have placed an order online on Monday and made a payment in due time, Today as per the website that the order was been sent out for delivery, calling the centre I have had no joy. I have been passed around with no joy, and with no answer as to where my parcel is. I still don't know where is it as yet and no one is picking up the phone. I need to now where my parcel is
