Parcel arrived at the Durban Depot on the 12th, everyday it get's loaded onto the delivery vehicle, and at the end of the day after no delivery, it's returned to the depot with the following status

"The courier was unable to locate the consignee and has returned the parcel to the depot. The depot will arrange to get new instruction from the sender and then re-attempt delivery."

My office looks over the entrance gate, the driver never pitched on any of the days, they also made no attempt to contact me, and the driver, Hlengiwe doesn't answer his phone.

Extremely bad service, can't be trusted with your valued items.
