NO NO NO FASTWAY COURIER

I have ordered a package last week Thursday, normally it is delivered the next day. I have still not received it. I can see that it is loaded every day, but then taken off again, and it says cannot be delivered!!! Why is that!!! I have paid alot for the courier service. This is the worst COURIER EVER! DONT USE THEM PLEASE!!!
