NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE, NEVER USE FASTWAY COURIERS!!

I promise you my good people, whatever you do never use fastway couriers. The service is so bad from the office to the drivers. I waited for my package for more than three days, I called the customer center to track my package and they said it will arrive that day, I then asked for the driver's contact details, the driver said no I am 30min away, the following day called and he still said 30min away and by that time I can hear sounds of beer bottles and music banging loud in the background, I called the head office to alert them about this but they **** straight to my face and said driver doesn't have my contact details but I told them no I have been talking to him for the past three days and they said they changed up. When driver arrived on day three he never called at the gate to say hey I am here he just left the package at the gate luckily security at my complex know me and got my back they the one who took brought it bare in mind delivery delayed when the sender was only 20km from where I stay. I once used another courier company and they delivered my package in less than 24hours and I was in the free state by that time.
