No feedback and terrible customer service

I have been waiting almost a week for my parcel. There is no feedback on the online chat service or whatsapp chat service. So i phone in today and there is no answer on there telphone lines. Always struggeling with fastway couriers. Apparently the delivery address is in a grey area which I cant believe because all other courier services collects and delivers here. Worst service ever from them.
