No delivery when promised

Worst customer service to date! When trying to contact them, the line just rings - no answer. Your tracking is updated but your parcel is not onboard the courier vehicle. Promises that your parcel will be delivered a certain date and it is not! They've had my parcel for over a week!! Worst courier company to deal with and I hope that online stores stop using Fastway Couriers!
