NO Delivery since 25/03/15

Last week Monday, 23/03/2015, I sent a parcel off to my mother in Kroonstad Free State. I kept tracking the parcel online and saw that it had left the Bloemfontein Depot on Tuesday afternoon. On Friday the parcel was still not delivered. I then started making inquiries and was told the parcel is in Welkom and that they are moving premises. I said it is not my problem and that I want the parcel delivered on Saturday latest. By this morning my parcel still hasn't been delivered. I phoned the Bloemfontein branch and was placed on hold as they phoned the lady responsible for delivery and I could hear them talking about the possibility of delivery on Wednesday only. This service is ridiculous, no wonder our country is where it is, no one cares about customer service anymore!! I want my parcel delivered TODAY and I want a REFUND!! I am still waiting for the Bloemfontein depot manager to phone me back... PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE
