No delivery, parcel stuck for more than a week and no communication from Fast way.

This is the worst Courier service Ever... Never ever to be trusted. I have been waiting for more than a week, the last time they said my parcel will be delivered the next day. I have been calling their depo in Pretoria no calls are answered ever since. Their website has errors. I am loosing business because of this delay. My customers are waiting for delivery and this is costing me time and more money. This is a brand you can never Trust. Lack of accountability, Poor service and no communication whatsoever from Fas****. It is Fast to deliver NOTHING.
