No Delivery or Correspondence

<p>I should have "according to fastway tracking details" my parcel on Friday the 9th December, since it was on the delivery vehicle @ 13h11 in the afternoon.</p> <p>I made several phone calls to the subsequent delivery person to no avail. This means my parcel has been in his possession since Friday and at risk!!</p> <p>I have sent a hard worded email to the ONLY email address provided and have to date not had any response. </p> <p>I find it unprofessional not to be able to contact an emergency number anywhere ont he site.......They obviously don't want to be bothered about delivering customer service.</p> <p>Unlike other courier companies, fastway only work week days and do not delivery over a week-end which is seriously stupid.</p> <p>I will NEVER use fastway to delivery to my customers. I will be too embarassed and it does not fit in with MY customer service standards.</p>
