No delivery for 2 days, calls dropped, no update - Tracking ***

I am extremely unhappy with Fastway Couriers. I am not getting any joy at all. My parcel Tracking: *** has said "Out for delivery" since 5 Nov at 06:58 and has still not been delivered. This is what happened today: First call: The first agent I spoke to said they can see my order and they can see my details, but they are not sure what happened to my order. They promised to give me a call back. They never did. Second call: The second agent said my order was out on delivery and it should be here before 5pm. They just ended the call. Liz: I then spoke to Liz by email. Liz also promised that the delivery guys will be here before 5pm. Nothing happened. I did not receive any call. Just before 5pm: I sent another email to Liz to follow up if they will still be delivering. Liz emailed Devashen Naidu asking him to confirm if delivery will be today still. Still nothing happened. Just before 5pm when I was calling to follow up, my calls were dropped. The service I have been getting from the call centre agents is really not a nice experience for a customer. Promises, no call backs, dropped calls. I am a Temu customer in Vosloorus waiting for 3 orders in total from Fastway.I want: My parcel delivered to my address as paid for A written response with a delivery date, not another "we will call you "I will not be travelling to collect it at my own cost.
