No delivery, false reason for failure to deliver.

I've been at home waiting for my parcel for 2 DAYS with the tracking status "due today" on both days. Your delivery guy has the nerve of capturing false statement saying I could not be located. What kind of employee do you have? So dissapointing and annoying actually. I will never recommend this company nor use it as an option.
