No delivery as scheduled

Awaiting an urgent parcel that was supposed to be delivered (According to fastway) 07/09/2022, its now 08/09/2022 no attempt was made yesterday / today thus far and by looking at the time it does not seem its going to happen today either, can the driver or someone please explain what is happening??? Did you loose the parcel?
