No delivery and false promises

Placed a order with a company that uses fastway, my parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday 28/3, went on at about 9h30 to track and saw that my parcel was left behind in Newcastle, i contacted them on their WhatsApp and asked to speak to an agent, the agent then confirmed that she spoke to them and it will be delivered today 29/3. I have the screenshots of the conversation. Suprise surprise today nothing hapoend and you cannot get hold of fastway as they only work office hours mondays to friday.... So how can you then confirm delivery?????

Beware of anything coming through fastway and beware of there false promises.

It is not the first time that this has happend with them and when i order with a company that uses fastway the dread already sets in as i know the company will deliver in time to fastway, but after that it is a mess to get your parcel from fastway.
