No delivery after empty promises

I made a purchase on BidorBuy on the 1st of December and the seller uses Fast Way Couriers for delivering their parcels (as we all know the SAPO is beyond useless these days) after promises were made that the parcel would reach me first by yesterday (3rd of December) today it is the 4th of December at 16:39 and still no parcel, the parcel has been by the PE branch since 10am this morning. Or wait, 10:32:35 to be exact. This is very poor to say the least!
