No delivery

Ive been waiting for a parcel for 3 days now and it turns its in the possession of the driver who on day 3 promised he will have it delivered at my home but nothing.i called the guy twice and it sounded very noisy where he was ( i ddnt want to assume otherwise) but that kinda gave me an idea that i wasnt going to receive my parcel.
