No Delivery

This is the worst delivery company. My delivery was suppose to be here on the 27/11/2017 but no delivery was made. I called the customer service to track my parcel and apparently it will only delivered next week 03/12/2017, because I live in an outlying area in Durban. I literally live 10 minutes from the Durban central and delivery's were never an issue . I opted for the fast delivery option and this is terrible service. I then even asked to change my delivery address to Durban central which they denied and told me I have to contact the sender.
