No delivery

I was supposed to receive a delivery from fastway two weeks ago. According to them they have a problem delivering to my area. I have had this problem once before, where they did not deliver to my adress but they can deliver 4km from there! How do you explain that? They have delivered to me before on numerous occasion, but with this delivery they cannot! Why? They deliver to my area regularly. This is pathetic! I paid for delivery within 1 - 3 working days. It has now been 13 days!
