No Delivery

I would like to complain about lack of service from FastWay Couriers Pretoria. On Friday around 14:00 I phoned Fastway to find out about the status of my delivery. I spoke to the lady by name of Lynette and she put me on hold to find out about the whereabouts of my parcel. I was on hold for more than 10 minutes and she later came back to me and informed me that she cannot trace the whereabouts of my parcel as she can't get hold of the driver. She then informed that she'll try getting hold of the driver and will come back to me with feedback. I waited for her feedback till 16:45, I the decided to call her again and there was no answer. I tried for several times till 17:05 without any luck. I then tried again and I got hold of the Operations Manager. The Manger was not helpful and very rude and informed that everyone went home and he was doing me a favour about answering the phone after office hours. I then requested his name and refused and then informed him that I will be lodging an official complaint about the service I received. I was promised that my parcel will be delivered on Friday which never happened.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Obakeng (Unhappy Customer)
