No delivery

I have been waiting for my delivery since the 03/06/2015 when I saw that my package was in East London . Why is it taking this courier so long to deliver something when it is already in the city. <br> This is pathetic service this is the first and last time I will be using fastway couriers. Even the post office is faster than you and that's not saying much. <br> Now I payed extra to get the package here fast and yet I still have to wait.<br> I have yet to receive my package or any feedback on it.
