No customer service, false promises

What an awful courier service. If you can help do not ever deal with them. Their customer service is completely non-existent and parcels stay on out-for-delivery for weeks. Their phone number directs you to WhatsApp, where the agents are unbothered to do their job. My parcel was due to arrive more than a week ago. I still have had no communication from them - but it's 'out' for delivery.
