NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE
I have been waiting g for a order for almost 1 week apparently driver keeps one calling me. Yesterday it took 6 calls ro track and trace my parcel as Carmen kept transfering the call and gutting me off. Eventually I got through and was told he parcel will be delivered the afternoon.......since nothing was delivered. FAST WAY MANAGEMENT PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF THEY HAVE NO CISTOMER SERVICE ETTIQUET

06 Nov 2023, 14:27Up until now no delivery Frank the driver is calling me but my phone has no record. The way this man is screaming at me it's like I'm not a client. Thd number supp**** to call him on was off......29min later jnhave to call him agai. Seems like Gast way customer service pass out numbers instead of doing their jobs like before.
