No Customer Service AT ALL!

Their customer service is not existent, yesterday I was on hold for 45 minutes wasting over R100 airtime and no one answered, just when it started ringing they put me back in the queue. Today no one is answering messages for over an hour on their website and on their Facebook page. I just need simple answers but they just don't care.
