No customer service

I was advised from the agent on chat services my parcel will be delivered before Thursday yet I received it on Thursday, then the guy who delivered my parcel gave my parcel to a lady on our street who is not even my neighbour no phone call received from this guy!!! I called the complaints department while telling my story this guy decides to interrupt me while Im speaking asking for a tracking number that makes me even more furious then not telling me I must speak properly to him when I was and all i was doing is raising my voice because he interrupted me and I am already furious of what happened now you come tell me this ****. Pathetic service and any stranger can take the parcel if this is the case no phone call whatsoever!

This needs to resolved immediately!
