NO COMPETENT PEOPLE ANSWERING PHONES - IF THEY GET ANSWERED

All of this happened this morning 7/12/2017 FASTWAY COURIERS received two parcels on 4/12 that needs to be delivered to me in Midrand (fyi their depot is close to my delivery address). They misrouted both parcels and it was left in a bay for TWO days. First time today the parcel is marked for “on vehicle” (7/12). I called their number ********** 845 and it literally rings until the call drops. Then at one point a rude and totally *********** receptionist answer and transferred me to a number then a recording says “call could not be completed” and the phone dies again. Then I call two more times with absolutely NO answer. Called again and eventually spoke to a black guy who wouldn’t give me his name. He took my two tracking numbers, said please hold, and I held so long that the phone died again. Going on holiday today at 14:00. HOW IS THIS USELESS COMPANY STILL IN BUSINESS???? SIX calls to this company and NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
