No communication!

I was waiting for a delivery from them, just to have to go check the tracking order to find out they tried to drop it off at 19:17 at my work. I contacted them the next day and ask it to be delivered before 17:00, and they promised me it would be. I waited for 40 minutes before leaving- no correspondence from their side. It was the same for my second package that also had to be delivered on the second day. Since then I have not been able to get hold of them. I've waited online for 4 hours for a response and tried to contact them on Whatsapp for over half an hour. I'm leaving JHB tomorrow, yet no response or help from their side. Really disappointed.
