No communication at all

I do understand deliveries takes time, i do understand circumstances, but by not updating your tracking (this is there should you wish to check the whereabouts of your parcel) or not answering the phones or forever making you hold on and then the line gets cut, i have been trying to get hold of this company for 3days now, how ridiculous, never use this company, your parcel will never be delivered in time
